Use this page to request deletion of your Goshen Seven Staff app account and associated personal data.

Submit the form with the email address used for your Goshen Seven Staff account.

A Goshen Seven administrator may contact you to verify the request.

Eligible account data will be deleted or anonymized after verification, except records we must keep for legal, security, payroll, audit, or business compliance reasons.
